Languages and regions
The language and region packs built into engine 0.11.0, and their review status.
The packs exported from @veriworkly/ats-engine/locales as BUILT_IN_LOCALES in engine
0.11.0. English is the policy's base vocabulary, not a pack. Attach packs with
withLocales; see Languages and regions.
A pack is verified only once a named native-speaking maintainer has reviewed it; until then it is
community.
